Account & billing

Your YourProDesk account: the dashboard, plans and subscriptions, payments and receipts, credits, security, and what happens to your data.

Getting started

  • Create an account at apps.yourprodesk.com/register. Every account starts on the Free plan with 3 credits.
  • Confirm your email address with the link we send you. Until you do, the dashboard shows a reminder (with Resend Verification Email) and you can’t upload documents.
  • Everything else lives under Account: Profile, Subscriptions, Billing, Credits, Security, Preferences, API keys and Webhooks.

The dashboard

The dashboard shows one card per product. Click anywhere on a card to open it.

Credible DocumentsActive documents and pending signatures. See the Credible Documents guide.
Simple FormsActive forms and total submissions. See the Simple Forms guide.
Bulk Email + Sales CoachCampaigns sent and contacts — or Start 30-day free trial if you haven’t used it yet (no card needed, nothing is charged when it ends). See the Bulk Mail and Sales Coach guides.

Below the cards is your recent activity. When you have a referral reward waiting, a Rewards badge appears — see Referral rewards.

Plans & subscriptions

YourProDesk has two independent subscriptions, both under Account → Subscriptions:

YourProDesk appCredible Documents, Simple Forms and Distribution. Plans: Free, Starter, Pro, Business, billed yearly. Higher plans unlock more features (notes, labels, version history, API, webhooks) and pay less per credit.
Bulk EmailBulk Mail and Sales Coach. A separate subscription based on the number of contacts and features, with a 30-day free trial. You can add it any time, whatever your app plan.
PlanPDF edits per day · what changes
Free3 · up to 10 documents and 3 forms
Starter10 · unlimited documents, creative content protection, full verification details, document notes
Pro25 · everything in Starter, custom labels, API access, audit log export, version history
BusinessUnlimited · everything in Pro, the lowest credit price, priority support

Prices are on the Pricing page.

  • Upgrade with Change plan. Each upgrade adds 3 welcome credits.
  • Downgrade with Change plan — you keep your current plan until the renewal date, then it switches. Until then you can click Cancel downgrade to keep your plan.
  • The subscription card shows when your plan renews, or when it is scheduled to downgrade or end.

Billing, payments & receipts

  • Account → Billing lists your payment history with a receipt for each charge.
  • Cards and other payment methods are stored and managed by Stripe, not by us. Click Manage payment methods to add, remove or update a card. If you don’t have one on file yet, you add it when you upgrade or buy credits.
  • Invoices and cancelling a subscription are also handled there: Subscriptions → Billing & payment methods → Open billing.
Cancelling. A cancelled subscription runs until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you cancel Bulk Email, your contacts, campaigns and pipeline stay viewable for 90 days, then they are deleted — see Your data.

Edits & credits

Two different things, both shown under Account → Credits:

EditsUsed when you save changes in the PDF editor — 1 edit per save. Your plan gives you a daily allowance that resets every 24 hours. Need more on a busy day? Buy overage edits with Buy edits, or upgrade.
CreditsUsed for document protection: watermark (1 credit per document), blockchain record (1 credit per document) and sending a document for signature (1 credit, any number of signers). Distribution sales and signed form submissions also use 1 credit.
  • Buy credits with Buy credits. They don’t expire, and the price per credit depends on your plan — the page shows yours and what you’d pay on a higher plan.
  • Welcome grants: 3 credits when you create your account and again at each plan upgrade.
  • Recent activity lists your last 20 credit and edit uses, with the document each was used for.
  • Free corrections of a blockchain document (a new version within 48 hours, up to 3) don’t use credits — see Versions & corrections.

Profile & preferences

  • Account → Profile: your full name, email address and company name (optional). If your email isn’t verified yet, it says so here.
  • Account → Preferences: light or dark theme.

Security & signing in

  • Password (Account → Security): at least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character.
  • Two-factor sign-in is always on. When you sign in on a browser you haven’t used before, we email you a 6-digit code. Tick Remember this device to skip the code on that browser for 30 days.
  • Logins are rate-limited to slow down password guessing.

API keys & webhooks

For connecting YourProDesk to your own systems (Pro, Business and Enterprise plans).

  • Account → API keys: create up to 10 keys. A new key is shown once — copy it straight away. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <key> to https://apps.yourprodesk.com/api. Revoked keys can’t be reactivated; create a new one instead.
  • Account → Webhooks: get a POST to your HTTPS address when a document is saved, deleted, signed or nearing expiry, or when a signing request is sent. Each request is signed (X-YPD-Signature) with your webhook secret, which is shown once. Failed deliveries are retried up to 3 times; after 10 failures in a row the webhook is switched off.

Details and examples are on the Account pages themselves and in the Credible Documents guide.

Your data & deleting your account

  • Documents: each document has a “valid until” date (12 months by default). After it, verification shows “Genuine, but expired” — you keep the document and can renew it with credits. Documents you delete are removed permanently 30 days later.
  • Your account: Free accounts renew every year as long as you sign in or use them at least once a year; an account unused for 12 months gets warning emails, then 30 days read-only, then is deleted. Cancelling a paid plan moves you to Free at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your documents stay. If a payment fails, the account becomes read-only for 30 days with reminders, then is deleted unless you renew, switch to Free or delete it yourself.
  • Bulk Email / Sales Coach: when a trial or subscription ends, your contacts, campaigns and pipeline stay viewable (read-only) for 90 days, and you can export your leads to Excel. After that they are deleted.
  • Delete your account: Account → Profile → Delete account permanently deletes your account and all its data. This can’t be undone, so download anything you want to keep first.
  • Records already written to the blockchain stay there — they contain only a fingerprint of the document, never its content or personal data.
  • See also our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
