Referral rewards
Every document you share is a small introduction to YourProDesk. When someone you introduce signs up and starts using it, you get a reward — credits, PDF edits or a week of a feature your plan doesn’t include.
How it works
- You share — a document, a signing request, a form, or your personal invite link.
- They sign up — from the page you shared, within 30 days of their visit. Accounts are free and start with 3 credits.
- They start using it — they verify their email and, within 30 days, upload or protect a document, send something for signing, or start selling a PDF.
- You choose a reward — we email you, and the Rewards button on your dashboard shows it too.
Your invite link
Open Rewards from the greeting row on your dashboard. The page shows your personal invite link with a Copy button, the rewards you’ve received, and any feature weeks that are running.
You don’t have to send the link separately: these already carry it, so sign-ups that start there count for you:

If someone visited through more than one person’s link, the first one counts.
Rewards
For each person who joins and starts using YourProDesk, choose one:

The week starts when you choose it; we email you the day before it ends. |
- Rewards add up — three sign-ups, three rewards.
- Haven’t chosen within 30 days? We add 5 credits for you, so nothing is lost. You get one reminder after 3 days.
- Up to 10 rewards per calendar month.
When a referral is held for review
To keep the program fair, a few sign-ups are checked by hand before a reward is given. A referral is held when the new account:
- uses the same email address as you, or a disposable email service;
- was created in a browser where you were logged in, or on a network you use yourself;
- is on your own company email domain (personal providers like Gmail or Outlook don’t count here);
- is the third or later sign-up from the same network for you within 30 days.
Held is not rejected. Colleagues and people in a shared office do sign up legitimately — we review these and release the reward when it’s genuine. You’ll get the usual reward email when that happens.
What the people you share with see
- Who shared it. Shared pages show your name with a Verified customer badge once your email address is verified. Your plan is never shown.
- A way to report it. Every shared page has a Report link. A document reported as suspicious can be hidden while we look at it.
- Private documents stay private. If a document is protected with a PIN, the PIN is never included in the email message — send it separately, by text or phone.
Emailing a document
The Email button next to a document opens a ready-made message in your own email app, with the link and a short note. YourProDesk doesn’t send it for you, so it comes from your address and the recipient knows who it’s from. Copy message puts the same text on your clipboard for webmail.
Questions
Does the person I invite pay anything?
No. They get a free account with 3 credits. They can upgrade later, but nothing is required for your reward.
Can I refer myself or a second account?
No — these are held and not rewarded.
Someone signed up but I got no reward
The reward comes once they’ve verified their email and used YourProDesk within 30 days of signing up. Sign-ups that never start using it expire after 30 days. The check runs every hour.
Where do I see what I’ve earned?
On the Rewards page: rewards waiting to be chosen, rewards received, and feature weeks that are running.
