Edit credits are used for the PDF Editor — adding text, annotations, images, shapes, and signatures. Edit credits are separate from authentication credits and available on all tiers at the same price.

The YourProDesk app subscription (Credible Documents, Fillable Forms, Distribution) is billed annually. Its costs are predictable — storage, blockchain writes, and PDF processing — so we can offer it at a low flat annual rate with a generous daily edit allowance.
Bulk Email is billed monthly and separately because every campaign, reply triage, and analytics run consumes live AI processing. Pricing by contacts and features lets us cover that ongoing cost fairly, so light senders never subsidize heavy ones.
